Senior HR Business Partner

The Sr. HRBP is an integral part of the HR team. In this important role, you will be responsible for partnering with the SVP, Human Resources in crafting a vision for people development within the Technology client groups you support, and then executing that vision.  Your responsibilities will include a variety of duties, including employee relations, working closely with associates and managers on HR-related needs, creating and maintaining training and development solutions, leading special HR projects, and preparing HR reports. Within the client group(s) you support, you will:



  • Partner with managers on a variety of employee relations issues.

  • Act as a knowledge and policy expert for associates on all HR/policy questions.

  • Develop, implement, and facilitate training and development initiatives to meet the specific business needs of the organization.

  • Acts as coach and advisor to technology leadership team.

  • Participate in the design, implementation, and management of compensation initiatives to ensure that compensation practices are linked in the overall strategy to attract, reward, and retain top talent.

  • Acts as a change agent.

  • Drive the annual performance and incentive planning and review process.

  • Partner with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs.

  • Partner with management to prepare and maintain job descriptions for each position within the client group.

  • Provide support to management on requests of data analysis and ad-hoc reporting.

  • Support engagement and retention initiatives.

  • Maintain a consistent pulse for organizational/reporting structure changes and be sure the most recent updates are reflected in SAP/HRIS and the organization charts.

  • Act as a knowledge and policy expert for associates on all HR/policy questions.


  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 5-10 years of HR generalist experience

  • Experience working with large client groups and teams that are global in nature

  • Experience managing teams, preferably virtual teams

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; leadership presence

  • Technology Savvy

  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint

  • Results-orientation and time management skills

  • Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects

  • Strong knowledge US labor laws and applicable financial, legal, and operational rules and regulations

  • Strong business orientation
