["•\tOversee testing of software, CRM features and configurations, queries, data migration APT, etc.\r\n•\tManage the configuration and management of the SQL Server databases.\r\n•\tDesign, develop and test new functionality as it is introduced or requested by admissions leadership or functional leads to enhance the application software.\r\n•\tCoordinate with leadership and functional leads to gather business requirements, assess current functionality and processes, and suggest system enhancements in support of office goals and initiatives.\r\n•\tEnsure accessibility and security. \r\n•\tLead collaborative endeavors with other campus entities to implement new systems or streamline existing processes.\r\n•\tUnderstand and utilize contemporary web development tools and techniques.\r\n\r\nLead the IT technical implementation, development and maintenance of the Admissions instances of Technolutions Slate and other related systems within the division", "•\tOversee all technical management and support of all software systems utilized by admissions and enrollment management.\r\n•\tSupport, design and troubleshoot problems and mission critical operations, communicating with appropriate staff as needed.\r\n•\tServes as systems and technology expert for the design, development and management of IT systems within admissions and other enrollment management offices when needed.\r\n•\tMaintain a thorough understanding of the layers of technology and points of integration between systems. Be able to evaluate and respond to customer enhancement requests, infrastructure upgrades and reported problems.\r\n•\tApply appropriate triage skills to application features and take appropriate action to maintain service availability.\r\n•\tDesign and maintain system security profiles and standards, working collaboratively with campus partners.\r\n•\tLiaison for IT Vendor Support \r\n•\tServe as liaison with campus and system technical staff.\r\n•\tSubmit service desk requests with Technolutions and serving as one of the technical leads for the vender.\r\n•\tLead any future instance unification or data integration project across Slate instances and other related systems.\r\n•\tComplete all necessary documentation for tasks performed. \r\n•\tAttend professional development opportunities.\r\n•\tAttend large scale admissions events, an occasional weekend and weeknight required.", "•\tDocument new and existing source code, queries, technical processes, etc.\r\n•\tDevelop data models and reports which support the needs of admissions staff and campus partners."]
