["•Analyze numerous cardholder monthly summaries across multiple funding sources for completion and accuracy\r\n•Review research account expenditures for grant allowability and appropriateness. Ensure accounts have sufficient resources to offset against costs\r\n•Review accounts that have outstanding balances and work with departments to address in a timely manner\r\n•Determine when an account is not in compliance. Recommend corrective course of action and work with staff to obtain account resolution.", "•Create efficiencies with the monthly reconciliation process taking into consideration the complexities of different funding sources\r\n•Develop enhanced financial reporting and enforce compliance with standardized procedures for multiple card programs", "•Maintain audit documentation for numerous accounts following specific guidelines for each funding source\r\n• Manage audit requests for backup documentation for various entities – i.e. SUNY, RF, UBF, OSC, etc.\r\n• Establish a new process to conduct periodic audits and policy compliance reviews on various card holders", "•Collaborate with university leadership to establish new card programs for the campus. Onboard campus entities as needed to get new programs up and running efficiently\r\n• Complete cost transfers with appropriate documentation between different funding sources\r\n• Develop communications to include website content and listserv communications as it relates to various functional areas within Financial Management\r\n• Address continuous account issues, by prioritizing, analyzing, problem solving and expediting responses to all inquiries. This will include prompt responses to staff in leadership roles such as Principle Investigators, UBO’s, Department Heads, etc.\r\n•Work on special projects, new and enhanced system reporting, process improvement initiatives, participate on committees"]
